They're my favorite birds, and I fell in love with your redwing blackbirds quilt. It's my goal to make that pattern after I finish up some WIPS. Your quilting is gorgeous, Karen. I'm glad to meet you.

Great patterns. Can't choose a favorite.
ReplyDeleteYour patterns are great. I am 77 and am from Illinois, but 6 years ago moved to Alabama to be near our oldest. We raised 3 girls and now have 10 grandchildren. They are in CA, VA, and AL, so we travel a lot. We have been in ministry to International students at the University of Ill and now the University of Alabama since 1968. I am a retired teacher of Special Ed. students. I made all the girl's clothes while they were going up and learned to smock and do heirloom sewing when our AL granddaughters were born. Made my 1st quilt in 1970 when our oldest was born. Now quilting is the only kind of sewing I do. Nancy A: SewingGranda@gmail.com
