Momma Made It~ Top Quilt Shop!

Spent the day in Longview, Washington admiring all the beautiful quilts, cottons, wools, handmades, ahh!
Owners Jennie and Jacie make it so homey!!  You don't want to leave!

Here's a look inside!

If you see something you love...they also have an online store!

Kits and fabrics, wool...notions...love!

Here's the magazine!

Oh...and look!  I always say my only goal as a longarmer is to one day have a picture in a magazine of a quilt that i quilted!  Thanks to Momma Made It, i can now die a happy quilter!  Yay!

You'll have to get a copy of Quilt Sampler to see their quilt!

Also inside, is a photo of  Noble Spools!  I don't even know what to say!

Lots of great shops and their quilt patterns showcased in the magazine too!

Rebel Junk Vintage Market and Noble Spools

This Ferguson tractor put up with a lot from me today!  Patient, never complained, still and steady.  Thankfully no grease was transferred onto my quilt either!  Such a good tractor.

I love this picture...those pedals.  I would sit on the fender when my dad plowed the fields and stare at them.

If you'd like a copy of Noble Spools, (printed pattern or pdf download) you'll find both options on My Pattern Page.

Rebel Junk  was in my home town this weekend...I HAD to buy this tree!  Made out of recycled metal and stands about 4 feet tall.

Brought it home, now where to put it?  People who don't get it always ask "where you going to put it?"  Duh, i don't know...I just love it!

My friend Jana surprised me with this lovely wreath and Ooops, that red tool carrier below came home with me from Rebel Junk too.

I came home with one other treasure...but i'll save that for another post.

Happy decorating!

Announcing a New Quilt Pattern!

I've been working on this new pattern for a couple months...and now my longarm is in full motion with client quilts.  Ahhh!
Looks like i may not get it quilted and bound for at least another couple weeks....

So, without further adieu,
I present to you, Noble Spools!

If you're not into the darker colors, here's a whimsical approach.
My friend Bev Bryon suggested this combination of fabrics!  I feel like it should be hanging in a candy shop!

Noble Spools quilt pattern is instantly available through a digital download on Craftsy and Etsy.  Printed and emailed patterns are available through my blog here

The entire quilt measures 50" x 71"
Background yardage is 3-1/2 yards, the rest can be scraps!!
Mix up the greens, spools and star fabrics!

The polka dot fabric version shown above, will be used for a bedrunner. For those who purchase the Noble Spools pattern, i will include instructions for this smaller sample on my blog under Tutorials.  I'll announce it when it's there!

In the meantime...follow me on Instagram or Facebook for current updates!

Thank you for your business.
