Got together with Cindy, Diane and Marcia and made wool birds. I strung an old bobbin around this old bird and tucked a few vintage bobbins from a Davis Sewing Machine inside his pocket.
Added a couple rusty bells to the ends of the ribbon.
Here's our flock before embellishments were added. Looking forward to seeing them finished up!!
I finally got Karlene's quilt finished up. It was a large quilt and a big project!
Today...Labor Day...I am working on Cheryl's quilt....I'll have this one finished by tomorrow!!!

Thursday I attended my Farmer's Wife Sampler Class. Here are a few of my latest blocks
Week Thirty Six: September 6th-12th
1. Three quilts to be quilted
2. Make a few more Farmer's blocks
3. Continue my Feather Boot Camp class....started week 3
4. No Labor Day BBQ for me, having a girl's night featuring Mamma Mia :)
Oh Karen, your Farmers wife blocks are wonderful. Love the color combinations you have used. I am drawn to fabrics like those.
