Have you seen these yet?
My favorite new quilting tool!
No issues keeping that mitered corner in place!
I bought the pack of '50' thinking i would need a bunch to go around a big quilt.
I found i only really need about 10...

moving them as i work my way around the binding.
With the rest...a great little gift for my quilty friends!
I can't believe the prices either...ranging from $40 to under $20.
For the very same item. Crazy!

I also use Wonder Clips for binding; use them for clipping a row of blocks together or if I'm counting stacks of ten. You may want to keep more then 10.Great dish to keep them in.
ReplyDeleteI love mine too!
ReplyDeleteI'm going to have to see if I can find some. They look really useful and easy to use. I love the dish you use to keep them in and those strawberry pincushions are adorable. I might just make some in that red and white polka dot I used on your Valentines Table Treat.
ReplyDeleteI bought some recently and love them. I am doing some work with leather and vinyl and I could not use pins so I decided to give them a try. I only bought the small package but used them for a binding as you did and just moved them as necessary. (I do that with pins, too, when I bind so I end up sticking myself less frequently!) Love the ironstone piece you use to store your clips.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the little red clips! I linked to your Farmers Wife Craftsy class again today! I'm having so much fun using your easy and fun instructions! I wish I'd had them when I started sewing! XO and cheery wave from Bev
ReplyDeleteI've heard that these are a great addition to a quilter's arsenal of useful tools - glad that you like them too!
