Christmas Quilt Show 2011

This is somewhat of a repeat from a recent post but I decided to show this quilt again and enter it in SewCalGal's 2011 Christmas Quilt Show. 
I spent a few days on the Oregon coast with a couple girlfriends and we each made this quilt top.  Being a longarm quilter, i could not wait to load my quilt and start doodling around the houses and trees.

    looking great, I really like dark backgrounds, it makes a pleasant change to lights.

    Houses and trees in a Christmas quilt always reminds me of the song 'I'll be Home for Christmas'. Thank you for sharing.

    I wish I could "doodle" like you ;) I love the feathers coming out of the chimneys. the q uilting is incredible

    it has a vaguely van gogh-ish feel with the feathers in the dark sky - super fun!

    I love how you used different designs of quilting on this quilt, instead of all the same thing all over. It sure makes it interesting to look at. All of your machine quilting looks really good, you do a nice job.
