  6. I LOVE this quilt - you always throw the best colors together, too! Hoping to heal fast and get on with my Poppa's Tree Farm quilt - maybe a little next week...slow and steady wins the race.

I live in Las Vegas, NV - we have no flowers here, because we grow nothing but sand and scorpions. The spring cactus blooms are GORGEOUS! I'm also still a CO girl at heart, and if I was living there, the tiny daffodils would probably be my favorites. Dropping a link on my blog for you - EVERYONE should know about you, this awesome blog, and your beautiful quilts! Happy Tuesday - Tanya

  26. How does one pick just one favorite spring flower? Crocus pops it's head up first daring the snow to stop it. Tulips, daffodils & hyacinths with their wonderful fragrance follow along soon after. Buttercups and Lily of the Valley remind me of the magical little garden bed at Grandmas where I was sure I'd see a fairy flitting about if I looked closely. Nothing smells as sweet as freesia...and oh when the trees are in bloom, pristine white and shades of bright and baby pink, nothing is quite so spectacular on a spring day.

  32. I didn't realize we could follow people on Craftsy either! But now I know...and I did...and I left you a comment there too! I would have to choose Poppas Tree Farm. I tried for years to talk my husband into a Tree Farm with a little Christmas Shoppe. This past Christmas, more than ever before, I missed those visits to the tree farm watching our kids gallop through the trees, looking for the best tree, preferably one with a nest in it.
