I started this tree skirt over a year ago. All the sections are pieced, just need to appliqué three more of these...and sew the sections together. It's almost December 21st. This should be at the top of my unfinished project list for 2011
My friend Courtney came over this past week to make a wool bird. Courtney is a college student at the University of Oregon, picked up her craftiness from her grandma Marie...and this is a gift for her.
I think this is one of my very favorite pictures...with my three brothers in 1964. I certainly took my part very seriously!
